You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
